After escaping the destruction of Planet Vegeta Escar plans to follow Kakarot's pod to Earth to take care of him because he made a promise to Bardock to raise him but the shockwave cause by the explosion of Planet Vegeta caused Escar's pod to get sent into the future to the end of the Universe 6 and 7 Tournament where he meets Kakarot when he is fully grown and has already defeated Frieza and has the power to rival the gods.
