Zelda and Link have defeated Calamity Ganon and are now free to go their own way. However, it is hard to get to grips with their past, which can get in the way of their present. And as if that isn't hard enough, there seems to be a new threat that they will need to face. **This story takes place directly after Breath of the Wild and has no link to Tears of the Kingdom. Don't forget to check out the sequel: Noble by Nature!

This is one of a three-part series. Silent Knight, which is this one, Silent Night in the Wild, which covers Link's journey through Breath of the Wild, and Calm Night, which is a Zelink story taking place after BOTW. And when BOTW 2 finally comes out, I'll probably make one that's canonically between Silent Night in the Wild and Calm Night. Does that make sense? No? Great! Since Age of Calamity, spoiler alert, isn't actually a prequel, it looks like I'll actually have to write a prequel story now. And this time, we're not going to SKIP OVER ALL THE MEMORIES AFTER STARTING SUPER SLOW *pours the salt shaker*. We're actually going to start at the day before Link is appointed as a champion. DISCLAIMER- This is my own interpretation of the character "Link" from Breath of the Wild. Link is essentially a, well, link, between the player and the world, so I'll be giving him a personality that I think suits him. Because I'm the player, and I can reflect whatever I choose on him.
