I got an itch to write about the squad in a modern setting, so here we are! In this AU, everyone is alive and demons don't exist. Nezuko will be human, just quiet. I will also age the characters up a few years, for example making Tanjiro 17. I hope you enjoy! Cover art: me Requests and ideas will be in the first chapter. While there won't be much of an overall plot, the stories all connect chronologically as they are presented in here, as a normal book would. Also, since I only know the story up to the first movie, there won't be characters that haven't been animated yet. (Edit 8/15/2022) Do people want me to continue this? I'd be down but I feel like it died...

All kny characters go to a college, and the demons go to a rival college (not really, but the students hate each other), that shares a courtyard. ships included: sanegiyuu, uzuren, muitan, zenitsu x inosuke, shinobu x tamayo, mitsuri x obanai, akaza x douma. I know my ships are lowkey weird but u gotta deal with it.

Zenitsu, Inosuke, and Tanjiro went to school like every other day. At school, they learn that they will be going on a school trip with teachers Uzui Tengen and Iguro Obanai. They are going to London to visit a museum and a chemistry lab. They don't expect anything bad to happen. It's just a school trip. Right? Zenitsu x Inosuke Mabe smuth fluff

Giyu Tomioka the water pillar, is told to go up the mountain to search for a demon. Giyu arrives a bit later and finds a red headed boy named Tanjiro. The boy tells him about his family being attacked. Giyu then trains the boy to become a demon slayer. Tanjiro and Giyu become much closer and they now trust one another. One day Giyu is sent to the mountains to kill a demon who is strong but not enough to be an upper rank. Giyu goes and doesn't return for days. Tanjiro is then called to the master's mansion for a meeting and is told that since he is the closest to Giyu he must go and try to find Giyu. Tanjiro then goes as he is told. As he climbs the mountains to find Giyu, the air becomes thicker and he is struggling to breathe. After struggling he finally finds Giyu, who is unconscious on the ground. He looks strange. What happened to him? Was he attacked by the demon and killed? Read more to find out!

Through their letters, they discover just how different their lives are, yet unexpectedly, they share more than they thought: insecurities, fears, and a quiet longing to find something that makes them feel understood.
