Our story centers on Kai, a mysterious Kamen Rider from a parallel dimension who is unexpectedly stranded in our world. His original reality was consumed by a brutal "Kamen Rider Battle Royale" where the losers faced permanent deletion - a terrifying concept where their very existence is erased.

In the world of Heroes and Villains, after the Heisei Era has ended, it is finally the beginning of the Reiwa Era. In the Reiwa Generation... But he never gives up on his dream and kept moving forward. So Daizo Mondo decides to take two children as their adopted father and so the commander (know as Doggie) takes one kid, and one kid is with the commander and the boy his name is Y/N L/N. At the time the Neo Shocker built a machine to create the multiverse. Y/N's adopted father fighting the Shocker commander, but then the machine is to start up. Y/N use his powers to stop the machine and then everything went black until the Big Bang. The Big Bang explosion is infinite and all the multiverse of all earth has become one with it. Now it the children is up to them to protect their new home.

After Ohma Zi-O was defeated by Zi-O with the power of Saber. Until a newborn universe with power and magic becomes a hero. But unknown darkness came and destroy the world.
