basically you take Tong Yao's place in falling into your smile however I will make changes in the plot and story. I made this because as much I shipped them I also really wanted to be in Tong Yao's shoes so I looked for Cheng x reader ffs but didn't find any I however can't be the only one that did this.

So why, oh why, did he choose this exact moment to ask her something like that? -- I always felt like Tong Yao and Jian Yang's relationship was never expanded on enough in the novel and show, especially given how much it obviously impacted Tong Yao's mentality towards romantic relationships with e-sports players.
