The Heist The story kicks off when Mal tasks the group with retrieving a "Dragon's Eye" prototype from a rival gang's hideout in the Slop Shops. Zhane is the secret weapon. During the heist, things go sideways-the "wrong lever" is pulled (naturally)-and the group is cornered. Zhane steps forward, smirking with that signature Iñaki Godoy charm. He tosses a vial of "Midnight Mist" that he and Evie perfected together. As the room fills with sparkling purple fog, Zhane grabs Evie's hand, and they lead the group through the confusion, escaping just as the bass drops on his anthem, "Mix It Up." The Auradon Twist When they arrive at Auradon Prep, Zhane is a fish out of water. He's used to making things out of scrap, and now he has a state-of-the-art chemistry lab. But while the other VKs are trying to fit in, Zhane is focused on one thing: the Girls' Dorm. Since he's been moved into Mal and Evie's room to "keep the Isle's tech-specialist under observation," he turns their walk-in closet into a pressurized alchemy lab. The tension rises when Prince Ben starts showing interest in Evie's "royal" potential, making Zhane realize that his feelings for her aren't just a chemical reaction-they're real. The Climax At the Coronation, Zhane has to choose. Does he use his most powerful invention to help Mal steal the wand, or does he use it to save Evie from a magical malfunction caused by Jane's accidental spell

Elsewhere on the Cimmerian Planet, the evil Dark Specter is celebrating his conquest of Eltar with his guests in the United Alliance of Evil: Rita Repulsa, Lord Zedd, Master Vile, the Machine Empire, Divatox, General Havoc, and their many minions. As the villains enjoy a banquet, two unwelcome guests crashes the party -- a Red Power Ranger and White Power Rangers. Dark Specter sends his chosen disciple Astronema to pursue and destroy them. As they retreats to the spaceship, the Red Ranger Andros, and White Ranger Bernard finds the former Turbo Rangers and Alpha examining the ship. Though they do help repair Alpha's damaged voice (giving him a new vocal tone more similar to his predecessor), Andros and Bernard initially doesn't trust their new guests.
