Zipper Stories

Death sentences are big events in the city of Restless Isle, because that's when the zipper opens. The zipper in the sidewalk on the north side of town is the place that nobody wants to find themselves on a bad day, because once it opens, you're falling down the pit into nothingness. Nobody knows where it goes, and nobody except the crazy criminals plan on finding out. But, when little Elsie Wagner falls in one day, completely by accident, her older siblings Molly and Thomas won't let her go so easily. What follows is an adventure into the unknown as they try to find the missing member of their family. Is being zipped, as the residents of Restless Isle call it, as bad as it seems?

During the strike Crutchie meets a 12 year old girl named Grace Russo. The two became friends and once the strike was over Grace became a newsie known as Zippers, Zips, Zippy, really anything that starts with Zip. That was a year ago. Everything was going just fine for Zipper until she met Ruby Johnson. Zipper had never felt this way about a girl, or anyone, before and doesn't know how to deal with it.

Just enjoying island life, (Y/N) gets an unexpected visitor who turns out to be Zipper T. Bunny! How will she react to his eerie presence? This is a short two-part story that's surprisingly not a joke.
