Alanna and Evan were practically mirror images of each other, and had no idea. The two were drawn ever closer by the fact that each were attracted to the same sex. Evan has his eyes on Connor Murphy. Strangely, Alanna and Connor recently became friends. Alanna practically melts at the thought of Zoe Murphy. Evan and Zoe had been best friends since seventh grade. Y/N is a scared dragon girl from another realm. Connor is a depressed human boy from Earth. When Y/N's dimension starts falling apart, she flees to Earth to stay alive. There she meets Connor. Evan Hansen has just graduated college and got a job as lead park ranger at a local park. Zoe Murphy is in her last year of college. They both still haven't completely gotten over each other, will they ever get back together?

Evan Hansen swiftly climbed the tree. Mentally preparing himself to be able to let go once he got to the top. When he finally reached as far as he could he looked around. This would be were he died, surrounded by trees. Evan slowly walked to the end of the branch, this was it he thought. "Stop it, Hansen" Evan heard from below. He looked down and saw a boy wearing all black, standing there with his arms crossed leaning against a tree. Connor Murphy, Evan remembered, Zoe's brother. "I'm coming up there, and I swear don't jump" Connor told him as he started climbing up towards Evan. Evan watched as Connor climbed. Connor looked like he had never really climbed trees before, he stumbled and looked slightly confused on where to put his foot. Evan debated on whether he should go ahead in jump before Connor reached him. He knew that once Connor got up here, he would lose all the courage he had to jump. Out of all the kids in school Connor was always the one that scared him the most, he knew he was not going to jump simply because Connor told him not to. ------------------------------------------------------------- A simple AU where Connor stops Evan from jumping from the tree the summer Evan broke his arm.

And is now closer to Zoe, the girl he has dreamed about for years. Connor can now trust someone. The guys become close. Super close. But will coming out to the world change everything?
