As war rages across the continents of planet Zi, soldiers piloting synthetic lifeforms known as Zoids battle for country, glory, or survival. One of these pilots is a young woman named Luka, a skilled but brash upstart looking to prove herself in this seemingly unending conflict.

Juno McFarland (15), a female zoid pilot from Geneva Republic, prepared her journey to the world of zoids. Her story took place after the events of Zoids Wild Zero.

Richie Hendrix (14), a young Republican zoid pilot preparing for his new journey to the world of zoids as he prepared his new mission to stop the Corrum Empire and their evil plans.

This is the story of a young female zoid warrior named Beatrice Oxford, an exiled princess of Magma Empire. She fled Magma Empire after someone attempted to assassinate her. Magma Empire is currently under military dictatorship and it's up to Beatrice to stop the dictatorship.

The story goes to the events of Zoids: Fuzors, a lone female zoid warrior named Kathy Curley, is on her journey to the world of zoid battle. Her mission is to stop the antagonists who used the time-space technology in order to travel back in time and conquering Planet Zi. In order to stop the antagonists' evil plans, Kathy must seek some help from RD and his friends, and also the other zoid warriors from the past.
