After taking a break from work, they are back with a few old faces returning, some permanently, some temporarily. A new face appears, with a very close but not necessarily welcome connection to them. How will they fair in this test of family and what will it do to them and the kids? The story of Meredith Grey and Derek Shepherd continues with their three kids. A lot is happening, and fast.
