Rune Eneas had haunting nightmares of the walking dead, seeing various of people decayed, walking dumb and blind - sometimes it were her own family, people she loved or knew. Turns out her dreams were mere predictions of the future, telling her to prepare for the worst. Rune wasn't oblivious to her state, due to cancer she was diagnosed with, she only had 3 months, more or less. But she didn't mind, her conscious mind was already ready to die, had nothing to live for, no hopes or dreams. She was already dead inside, but she never showed it on the outside.
