All of the Adults are gone, she's running the school and one of her friends is missing a limb, and there are kids still at the elementary . But the worst part is there are animals outside, and not just any kind of animals...

The man's lips then parted to reveal a disgusting grin, with teeth stained in something red. --~-- After struggling with the loss of a close relative, Avery seemed to distance herself from everyone and everything around her. Though it wasn't her fault, her parents seemed to blame her for what happened and now she is forced to brave the new world alone and unprepared. Meeting other survivors along the way, Avery learns that maybe she can't do everything alone. Will she survive? Join Avery in her journey to brave the apocalypse.

Are you willing to see the innermost thoughts and ideas of how THIS world perceives itself? Or are you more interested in that X Reader or awkward love triangle in the next story over?

An enigmatic virus has infected the world. The infected behave as though they have rabies, but at the same time, they all die once symptoms start showing-but they still walk the earth. They could very well be called undead. This virus spreads to humans and animals alike, and does not discriminate who it infects. Our story follows a small pack of stray dogs who try to survive in this world, this world of theirs that's been flipped upside-down and ruined by God. As they flee from the walking reminders of what'll inevitably be their end someday, they encounter many foes, a couple of friends, and possibly uncover the very origin of the disease. Cover image is currently of a deer with CWD (Chronic wasting disease). I felt like it would be fitting.
