We did everything we could to survive this kind of environment. Training all day everyday non-stop. Sparring against our strongest allies to increase our combat and survival skills. And the most important one of all, surviving this cursed world. How can we adapt to this new environment? How can we fend off against these monsters? Can we keep humanity safe or is this the end of it all? I guess we have to figure it out ourselves.

Ten years ago, Oliver Carter was the Golden Boy of campus and the reason Kaine Holland's future as a doctor went up in smoke. Now, the world has ended, the dead are wandering the streets with better social skills than the living, and Kaine is just trying to survive on a diet of protein bars and pure, unadulterated spite. He thought he'd seen the last of the man who ruined his life-until he wakes up blindfolded in the back of a kidnapper's van, bound hand-and-foot, and realizes his fellow captive is none other than his arch nemesis. Will they be able to work together to survive or will they end up dead because of their hatred?
