The apocalypse pieced a hole in my chest and took a piece of me with it. There's a pit of dread where my heart is. I crave to talk to someone again. Even if it's someone I never acknowledged before. The stars are at their brightest, and yet, I'm all alone in this hell hole. This is an AU focusing around the two of my OCs, Riin and Roy, and if you read between the lines.. Yes, it's an AU in the middle of an apocalypse. This is, of course, inspired by "The Zombie Song", and no, I'm not the first to use this idea. It's probably cliche, yet I'm writing just for the thrill of it! This story won't be my main focus. (Might change, who knows..) Disclaimer: I'm not a professional writer nor am I the most productive. Nevertheless, I'll try my best to write, just trying to have some fun with AUs after all! I hope you enjoy this story! (Which I don't have an exact idea of how long this is gonna be) This is a story ive written since June 2020 and maybe even months earlier. It's the apocalypse, literally. And no, Natsu becoming smart or Natsu and Gray not fighting did not cause this, although everyone wished it did. This is a different apocalypse, a zombie one. It's been 3 years since there was such a thing as a normal life. Levy and her friends got separated while heading to a meeting place for survivors. Now she's alone. In fact she's been alone for almost a year, forgetting even the voices of her closest friends and family. Those memories had been replaced with the sounds of zombies and screams. Levy decided to find the meeting place on her own, following every lead there is. Anything that can guide her to other survivors. Until a certain attack came while she was unprepared. She has no guns, and her knife, the only thing she had to defend herself with, was not in reach. It didn't help that she was asleep at the time either. She would die, or that's what she thought. Then her own version of a knight in shining armor appeared. His name? I guess you'll have to find out by reading, gihee. 😏

This is a Kiribaku book, I know it doesn't look like it but it gets there. ~ A zombie apocalypse AU where society collapses almost overnight, leaving schools, cities, and safe zones abandoned and reclaimed by nature.
