Keith and Lance are stuck in a psychiatric ward they previously worked at. Unfortunately the ward had a "little" accident that converted all its patients and employees into Roamers or demons that won't stop until they are satisfied with killing everyone. The boys will have to try to survive in this isolated hospital and hope that they are smart enough to not be killed. D Simple, right?
