I'm not the first one to write about speculative zoology, I was inspired by many books and tv shows which introduced the idea to me. Those which helped me the most with this project were H.G. Wells' Time Machine and Dougal Dixon's After Man. As well, I should mention the documentary style tv episodes The Future is Wild. With all these sources I was able to finally come up with my own story: Fifty Million Years from Now.

Inez Cheong, a hyper focused scholar who has never had friends in her life due to her being a little weird makes friend with Leo Damiano, the quiet kid of the school that no one really notices. They get paired together in a science project requiring them to go on many adventures to research this topic.
