1979. The story begins in California. An 8-year-old Maxine meets Cassian, though he's a mysterious figure, the two become friends. Yet his arrival is met with his swift disappearance from her life. Little did the two know that they'd meet up in Hawkins once more in 1984, and one hell of a reunion it will be. The first couple chapters are short and might feel slow but give it a chance for me to get back into the feel of this as I haven't written anything in a while... and cringe a lot at my own work... be kind please and enjoy. After the death of Billy Max turned to Eleven for support. As did Eleven with the disappearance of her dad, Hopper. They were together almost everyday. They grew closer and they felt safe when they were together. Lucas, Max her boyfriend and Mike, eleven her boyfriend, were concerned about their relationship since the girls never hang out with them anymore. Life started to feel normal again until Joyce announced that they were moving. TO CALIFORNIA. Eleven and Will would be separated from the group. Eleven would be away from her boyfriend, Mike. But also- Away from her best friend Max. The first few weeks were hard. Eleven wrote Mike every day since she felt out of place and lonely. Signing it with - Love, El. Since that was the only thing getting her through this change. But Eleven noticed that she wrote to Mike- but didn't really miss him that much. The one constantly on her mind was...Max. This story is based on Stranger Things, but is not completely accurate to the show. This story happened after season 3, but some details are different. So be aware that some information in this story is made up and isn't accurate to the show now. <3 Hope you enjoy!

Nah, I just love Madwheeler......and OREOS! In this story you will find swearing.If any mature content will be added here, I will make the story for adults.I doubt that because I can't write any mature content, but just to be clear. I really want to write some details about this book, but still, I'm in the creation mod so, no information. I don't know. Well Maxine's mother gave her a diary(journal), to write in it or draw and stick things. As you might know Max isn't so girly, but she cares about her mom, so she tries her best. All the character showed here are not my creation.They are from the ,,Stranger Things,, creators.I only own the plot that happens in this book.

Nobody died (yet). Max doesn't know about the upside down and Eleven her powers (yet). Hopper never went to Russia. The family Byers never moved to California. With the help of his trusty programming socks, he is able to overcome some of the challenges he faces. However, he is also learning that there are some things that the socks can't fix, and that sometimes, he needs to rely on his own skills and perseverance to get through difficult situations.
