Zoro holds a massive grudge against the World Government for his reasons as he hunt down Marines for his Ultimate Revenge and also Pirates for the Bounty... Hence he is known throughout The East Blue or The Whole World as The Demon Hunter... But what actually happened that made Zoro despise The World Government so much so he Massacres the Marines in bunch, Destroys their Hideouts and headquarters all around the New World...
