Above the Planet's Ozone Layer, a Legend has been Corrupted! The Y-Academy is a Top Elite High School shrouded in Many Mysteries, which the YSP Club has to discover and find out about them. Kuroi and Shiro, the Children to Kyle and Summer, recently transferred to the School to help the Club discover, Become Yo-Kai Heroes, and to stop the Mysteries that are around the School. To Protect their School, the YSP Club will now harness the Power of the Mysterious Typetanium that'll give them the Powers they need in order to stop whatever threat they'll face. Meanwhile above the Planet, the Legendary Rayquaza has been effected by an Alien Virus that's causing it to go on a Rampage which'll put the Entire Planet at Risk!

Kiada and Alain continue on toward Petalburg City. On their way, Kiada learns more about the world around her. Slowly coming to understand the thrill of giving it your all in battle, and discovering the fun Pokémon can bring to a person's life. Not all is as it seems, however, as Kiada also struggles with the path she is forced to follow, and an offer from a man that her ancient family wouldn't hesitate to accept, but could spell the end of the world. And there known as tram Flare, there leader Lysander obsessed with creating a new world kidnaps her and Zygarde for power. Can Ash save Arcia in time or will it be too late?!........ Kalos has been destroyed by unknown forces. Cities and towns have crumbled. Team Flare has been converted. Lysandre is dead, Xerosic and the admins are missing, and the female scientists have formed an alliance with Professor Sycamore. He leads the survivors, Sycamore, and he nurtures people into believing his words. The Elite Four is out of order. Malva has disappeared, and Calem has taken her place. Diantha has been made the princess of Kalos, abandoning her acting career. Reports of a thief have been popping up left and right. Some people know something about what is happening. Others don't. A fifteen-year-old girl named Pola is recruited by the International Police to find out what's going on. She will travel across the region extracting the stories all have to tell, and maybe find the legendary Pokémon Zygarde.

Ever since the beginning of time, a tournament would be held every 100 years... The legendary Pokemon were to choose a champion and afterwards both the legendary Pokemon and their hand-picked champion would venture into the Garden of Time and have their champion battle the champions of the other legendary Pokwmon. The strongest champions were to become legendary Pokemon themselves and they would be assigned a region which they must govern. The strongest champions in the last tournament were the champions of Darkrai, Cresselia, Coballion, Victini, and Regirock. The champions were Yveltal, Xerneas, Zygarde, Hoopa, and Diancie, respectively. 100 years have passed and it is time for another tournament, this time the Kalos legends get to take their turn in participating in the tournament and choosing a champion, but as soon as they do, disaster strikes... Now the champions of the Kalos legends must work together to restore the shattered balance between good and evil...
