Because of it, the Citizens Next Door panics as if they do not want it to happen. Due to it, it is now up to the Citizens Next Door to team up with the rest of the Cartoon Network characters to try to stop them and to take it over. But what they didn't know was that it was the fault of Darryl Zavaria along with Davey Zangolin (parodies of David Zaslav) along with Black Hat on who is the cause of this mess.
