Broken Silence (COMING SOON)

Sometimes we get used to darkness, sometimes it takes us a while. Just like how our eyes adjust to the lack of light at night, one conclusion I came up with is that loneliness was the same thing. The absence of love, the absence of color, the absence of life, it was a life in darkness. A life I was used to.
You could say my soul was black, really, but it never bothered me. I had a friend, she wasn't always there for me though. Sometimes even she forgot about my existence.
I was never really bothered by this though, but that was until he showed up again.
The boy with the key is how I'll always remember him.
I had a locket, I don't remember where I got it, I just know that I've had it for seven years.
The key had appeared right in front of my face too many times, but it was always out of reach.
He always appeared in my life, and he was out of reach too.
