           Alexis believed her life was perfect. She had her own place. She had an awesome job as a nurse . She had awesome friends that took her out every weekend. And she had Bruce, awesome Bruce. 

           Bruce who never fails her, who makes her happy. Bruce who treats her like a goddess. Bruce who is always there to greet her when she comes home. Bruce, her one true love. He was sweet and loyal! He has never left her side since they met, well, except when she works or has trips or...you know what I mean! Anyway, he was always there for her, And...

           Okay, maybe she was exaggerating on that. Bruce is her pug and he keeps her company.

           So maybe her life isn't that interesting then. But she had a stable job, a loyal best friend, a loyal dog, and her parents were healthy and happy.

           But still, she wished for a little more...excitement in her life. Just something to spice it up a bit so that she'd remember she was waaay younger than the 40 year old nurses she worked with who talk about family life, and cooking...and married life. Seriously, the stories she hears from these women keeps her thinking. Plus she had this outrageous best friend who keeps encouraging her to get out more and date.
