Our lives were normal. Playing, having fun, getting into trouble. Even when my brother died, it was still a good life.
But then it happened. The outbreak. The dead rose and began eating the living. Some people escaped, others weren't so lucky. My parents were one of the unlucky ones. My sister and I, though, made it out. We left Atlanta and never looked back.
I absolutely hate it. I want my life back. I want my brother back, my parents. Most of all, I want my sister safe. I want her to live a normal life. I want her to stay the pure and innocent girl she is, instead of what this apocalypse wants.
Well, I guess you can't be what you were in an apocalypse with the dead trying to kill you.

Before the outbreak she was a cop just like her brother. After Rick got shot and ended up in a coma the world fell apart. The dead came back and started attacking the living. The military fell too quickly, the city was overrun by the dead and now she was at an old quarry only a few miles outside Atlanta with her Sister-In-Law, Nephew, and her brothers best friend. On the way they met a few more people and now had a small group. She slowly grows close the the youngest Dixon brother, Daryl. When they get back from their hunting trip Daryl learns his brother was handcuffed to a roof and left in the city. But what had YN in complete shock and not knowing how to deal with it is the person who did it. Her brother was alive after she already Mourned his death. She blames herself for not double checking to make sure he was really dead or not. Luckily she has a list of rules and guidelines she has been working on as the days of living in a post apocalyptic world with the living dead to keep her busy. Alright, so people these days are kinda different. Especially when the z-pocalypse started. Now people, or survivors as I call them, are kinda different. Unlike our days before, they can either take in a group or a lone stranger to be in their group. But right now, they're all different. They'll bust in to your property with guns as confetti, bazookas as fireworks, and grenades as firecrackers. Now once they took over your territory, they can either unhook your soul from your body or give you a chance to see our terrible world again. But don't worry about me. I ain't one of them. My names Rory by the way. Anyway, enough the talking and more on the story. In these so called "WalkerDays" People are struggling to survive against the flesh eaters for what we mostly call zombies but in our world, we call them walkers. In the middle of the apocalypse, Rory is a 13 year old girl who is living in Atlanta, Georgia. Rory's father is military man and has been elected as the leader of their group after the true leader died. At first, their community is at Fort Benning, then a week or so later, their group decided to take over a part of Atlanta then slowly take over the whole city. Weeks passed and they'd completed their task and had a very large community. As months passed Rory's teacher assigned her to be the leader of her group of 32 people in her school. One day, there was an attack by the deaders that happened in their whole community and Rory led out her group out to the safe house but one member didn't follow the orders which caused her group to be separated away from her and then she decided to travel on her own and later met a group.Complete
