Childhood best friends, Mckenzie and Jason, stray very far apart, heading down completely different paths. Jason, on the other hand, has many run ins with the law, all stemming from his heroin addiction. Before he knows it, Jason finds himself incarcerated on a negligent homicide charge, while Mckenzie, and his mother, Amanda, are left to pick up the pieces. A look into the other side of addiction.
