Charlie Levesque doesn't need friends, he just needs to achieve his future goals. He's never even pretended to be interested in others, at least, until the day that troublemaker showed up. Jasper, his new neighbor, doesn't seem to know how to take a hint. Charlie makes it clear that he isn't going to take part in Jasper's life, but he still comes and sits in his windowsill everyday. Maybe, ignoring the blue eyed boy won't do any good, maybe if he acknowledges him, and bores him enough, he'll leave Charlie alone. It's not like they're going to fall in love, or anything complicated like that, so why not try?
