Leilah Maylis Dubois and Odell Cornelious Beckham Jr. have been best friend since they were 15 years old.
Leilah is in her first year at the Law Faculty of Columbia University and Odell just got drafted and is now playing professional football for the New York Giants.
Leilah is trying to focus on her studies and law career despite the fact that demons from her past keep resurfacing, luckily, she lives with her bestfriend and he knows how to make her feel better.
Odell is becoming famous and is living the famous life, but can't quite feel contempt with his life. He feels like he keeps looking for something in the wrong places.
Both aren't aware that what they have been looking for all these years was just in front of each others, but how could they when life keeps pushing this option out of the picture?

There is a lot of stories being about Odell and having a bestfriend girl. Please note that I'm doing a story that no one quite did on wattpad. All the other stories kind of had the same purpose and I decided to give a try with my version. There'll be a lottt of drama .
