Alternative title: All the Ways in Which I Love A poem series dedicated to documenting crushes, appreciating my friends and articulating such, and finding a way to love my family. Love means so much to me. It used to be so difficult for me to do so, having been raised in a broken home and constantly moving and falling out of touch with friends when I was young. And in growing up, I've experienced such a large range of loss that it sometimes surprises me that I'm still alive, let alone able to love. I love so intensely, be it familial, platonic, or romantic. So I appreciate the people who can handle me and choose to stay with me more than I could ever really show, but maybe I can give them a inkling of what they mean to me in this series. Some of these will only appear here but the majority also appear in my other poetry collection. I made this one to be able to more easily find the poems that are more positive (and encourage myself to document my love more frequently).
