Laurel Lance has once again found herself in a dire situation; Damien Darkh has escaped Iron Heights and she has to help the team take him down. Only, she gets stabbed and, ultimately, killed. In this future anyway.

Knowing what happens in this future, Sara has came back from her time travel with the Legends to approach Oliver with a solution to saving her sister's life, but he's going to need help from Grey Sloan Memorial's best surgeons and other friends along the way, but can even they save her?
