Ace of Spades

Connor Ace is a magician, hypnotist, trickster and a pickpocket but when cleaning out his attic he discovers an old deck of cards that emit a strange energy. He then learns that he is able to throw cards faster and harder than any normal human. His newly discovered skill of mastering the art of card throwing leads him to the secret school of Illusion, where young men and woman train to become powerful magicians and sorcerers. He finds out that when he arrives, he is the only person in the world capable of doing the stuff he can do and that there is more to the art of card throwing than meets the eye.
