Hannah Green has always relied on her friends, but when they start to drift away she finds herself alone in the world. Of course she has Cam; her best friend, but even he seems to be acting strangely around her. So she closes herself off to everyone around her, slowly loosing herself and the people she thought she could trust; she resorts to suicide. But her unfinished business doesn't allow her to move on. Invisible to almost everyone around her she watches her friends and family fall to pieces and in doing so uncovers more secrets and lies about her life than she could have ever dreamed of.

As she died, she was able to see her friends reactions to her death, attend her own funeral and then after that, what happens next?
