The Realm Hotel

Lexie Lazaar is a sixth generation city fae living in the big smoke. Tired of using her minor shape-shifting abilities for office work, she moves downtown. Renting an apartment in the old Realm Hotel, she discovers her neighbours: a psychic who can’t find anything, a zombie who is the nightwatchman, the hotel’s mischievious ghost and a host of other characters who she ends up working with with at the city’s famous Garbage Guts Diner. Life is pretty normal, well as normal as can be for a fae whose only problem is when she gets mad, she had a penchant for biting.

That is until she falls for Avery—literally, but telling him that she’s a fae is the least of her problems. Someone goes missing, someone loses their head, an unexpected thing happens to Lexie with weird consequences and something else is looming.
