Strange things use to happen in building 13. The people in the building would hear eerie humming at night. And prisoners would go missing, returning with poorly wrapped bandages and strange wounds. Some even claimed to see an unidentified white haired guard to be walking around at night! Prisoners called it a story. Guards called it a joke.
Then, one day it disappeared. What do they say about the stories now? Well, they're brushed off as overactive imagination. What happens when a certain white haired ghost attends the New Years Tournament?

She's in what appears to be a party room, like at a college dorm. Her mind wanders to what happened, as she yawned, stretching, before forcing herself up. "Well I'll be.. where am I again? Club turned down, seeing a younger girl, the age of 12 or 11. She had long blonde hair, with a red butterfly clip in it. She also wore a spotted black dress, the spots being white. The younger girl wore white tights, and black shoes. Her eyes were a silver color. "I'm the Ultimate Prankster!" "Yes.. She is my sister, anyways, I'm Winter, the Ultimate Youtuber!" This girl had long light blue hair, with white highlights, and blue eyes. This time, she wore a blue dress, that had lace to match her hair. She wore a small jacket over it, and its color was white with a wolf logo on it, and 'The Winter Wolfen' along it. The wolf logo was black, which matched her wolf hairpin. Michael is visiting Japan, his father's home country, but he feels left out. Not only can he not speak a sentence in Japanese, he doesn't resemble his family or anyone in the country whatsoever.
