Strange things use to happen in building 13. The people in the building would hear eerie humming at night. And prisoners would go missing, returning with poorly wrapped bandages and strange wounds. Some even claimed to see an unidentified white haired guard to be walking around at night! Prisoners called it a story. Guards called it a joke.
Then, one day it disappeared. What do they say about the stories now? Well, they're brushed off as overactive imagination. What happens when a certain white haired ghost attends the New Years Tournament?
