In the Dark

"You never told me your name," she said in between bites.
"I figured your brothers might've told you," I said honestly. She gave me a slightly devious look.
"And what possibly made you think that my brothers would inform me of a boy?" She asked.
"Did they?" I asked.
"Vasilio Rian." The way my name rolled off of her magnificent tongue sent chills down my spine. How? "Or at least, that's what they're calling you."
"If you already knew, why did you need to ask?"
"Oh, because I wanted to hear you say it," she grinned.
"Would your brothers approve of this?"
"Are you a fuckboy?" She asked.
I laughed heartily. "No, Salome, I am not."
"Good, then we can be friends," she said sweetly. "Dinner at my place, I know you're new to this place and I would like you to have a decent meal aside from high school food."
"I'm not sure I'm welcome," I said honestly.
She lowered her voice. "There aren't Immortals that just pop up like you, so I know you're here for a reason. I know what my brothers do, and if you're anything like them, I know what you do. 6 o'clock. Dinner. If you don't show, I'll know where to find you."
She then continued to eat her lunch.
Is this why they're so powerful? Because of this... girl?
