1. Write as much as you can, as often as you can.
2. Do not address the reader.
3. Fill the entire book, fronts and backs of pages. Do not write large to fill space.
4. Write the truth, and only the truth.
5. Never show this to anyone, you'll regret it if you do.
6. When you fill the entire book, burn it.
7. Never, ever think of this again, none of it happened.
