My mother warned me about the forest for The Beast lives there. Stories about The Beast,so gruesome gives me nightmares. Being Curious I snuck out one night unaware what will happen and I saw it,looking me directly in the eye,I ran and now it's after me. My neighbor,Noel Cain is another thing, Mysterious. She knows that he could hunt down her family because she dared to love another. She'd seen the horrors of those found to be like her, in love with another. She knew she wouldn't be able to live with herself if the monster chasing her hurt her family. The river comes into view when a bone curling growl sounds throughout the forest, shaking the trees. A few more seconds she thinks to herself, almost there. At the last step she jumps, flinging herself into the water. Frantically she scrapes at her skin to get their scents off, but knowing she can't be caught de-scenting she starting swimming down stream. Better to be caught running than them thinking you have something to hide.
