Nekoma, the agile cats from hell, are known as a powerhouse school throughout their entire region, but what happens when they are faced with a challenge that nobody would have ever seen coming? A girls volleyball team.

High up in the mountains is the home of the Katsushika High Timber Wolves, a professional sports institution that strives to create some of the strongest athletes in Japan. Within this school is the Katsushika High Girls Volleyball Team, the newest additions to the family made up of girls who strive to continue their senpai's legacy and leave their mark on the sports world.

This story follows the captain of these legendary dogs, Akiraa Nakeyama, a sports prodigy with a love of volleyball and big dreams that she will stop at nothing to reach. During one of the lowest moments in her team's history, a certain feline team invites them to the Fukurōdani Group training camp, and Akiraa sees this as an opportunity to lift her team from this hole and redeem themselves from past mistakes... but will they leave with more problems then when they first arrived? 

Certainly there couldn't be time for romance right? Ha! While Akiraa struggles with the pressures of being a new captain, nothing can prepare her for who she meets along this journey... the devious Nekoma captain, Tetsurō Kuroo.
