Layla and Luke are werewolves that have been on the run for seven years. Fleeing from ferocious rogues, they had to spend their lives roaming from one pack to the next, just to protect themselves from the ones that viciously killed their parents. Successfully staying undercover, Layla and Luke move into a small town, where they soon meet the Alpha of the town's pack, Daniel. Layla is not only stunned by how young the Alpha is, but she also learns that he is her mate.
Sooner than they had hoped, the rogues found out about the whereabouts of Layla and Luke. Now, that she had found her mate, she couldn't abandon him and run like she was used to. Daniel was not going to allow the outcasts to harm them, but the rogues had been exiled for so long that they only became more savage and powerful over the years. Will he be able to protect Layla and Luke from the cunning vagabonds that are out to kill them or will the young Alpha also fall victim to a deadly fate?
