"Lunar ice" is a new novel by Valerii Timush, an aspiring Ukrainian author. It is an organic extension of his work in the suspense genre. It provides an insight into the author's versatility and the extent of his imagination.
The author has a strong belief in the concepts of Fate and Happenstance and the events best characterized as "Known only to God", "Sealed in Fate" or "Pre-determined".
The author wants his readers to focus on the notion that everything in the world that surrounds them is in reality subject to strict rule and order despite the visible volatility and impermanence. Even Chaos has its laws, after all. To his mind, there exists a logic of chaos that drives the universe and humankind needs to perceive it despite its inability to do so.
The genre of Valerii Timush's works is a thrilling mix of reality and fiction that enables the reader to re-live the events of his books in real geographic locations on Earth and blurs the gap between truth and fiction. The main topic of his works is the everlasting struggle of Good and Evil that does not have, and never will, a definite conclusion for either side. Mysticism, fantasy, unpredictability and ambiguity are the main ingredients with which he fills his works. His books are best described as a mystical thriller. The "Lunar ice" is no exception to that.
