When last left off, the Justice League and Secret Society were attacked by Gaines' forces in their remote location. Suffering losses and Flash's kidnapping, the heroes now plan to rescue the Scarlet Speedster.
Giganta, on the other hand, has been depressed and crying nonstop ever since the attack. With the love of her life's fate unknown, she weeps fearing the worst.
Once they rescue the Flash, the Justice League and Secret Society will continue their work to bring Gaines' Warstrom to an end once and for all. But their work is far from over, with Warstrom still holding much power and influence over the world.
Fates also change as loyalties are put to the test. Alliances are strained, but remain in tact as the war between the Justice League and Warstrom continues.
