Terra

World War III was the most devastating war in the history of mankind. Much of the world's population was lost. Many of the survivors in the U.S lived in underground vaults. Those that remained on the surface fell victim to radiation. Many outright died, but a few that survived gained curious powers from the radiation. Those people became known as mutants. They were soon hated and feared, and forced out of the small settlements. When an 18 year old boy living in a vault is discovered to be a mutant, he is exiled and has to survive in the hostile wasteland that is the surface.
