Gillian Bread feels like the unluckiest 7 year old in England. As well as wearing the most ridiculous glasses known to mankind and being the only red head, she has to suffer the most inventive nickname which must have taken years to create. Gingerbread. But, Gillian is only seven and I don't think she gets sarcasm yet.
Wait a moment. Change that to past tense. Gill is seventeen now. But she feels likeshe's only just 10. And now a boy had caught her eye. Actually, scratch that. Two boys want her! She wasted her youth curled in corners and now she is totally unprepared. I just don't want to get banned, so I'm saying that these characters are already 18, but they also have their 18th birthdays near the end of the book. I'm just being lazy to be honest. It's not gonna affect the book that much, just ignore it when they say in the early chapters that they are already adults or already 18. That shit doesn't matter. The quality of my writing in this book is pretty mid by the way. I'm a teenage boy that listens to 21 Savage, I feel like expectations shouldn't be high. I don't have writing skills the way many other writers on this site do, so don't expect some Shakespeare type shit. The characters in this book are similar to each other too.
