"The truth about love is that it drives you insane." Mila Clarke is starting her senior year at Postwood Academy of the Arts, one of the best arts high schools in the world. As every student at Postwood knows, two lucky seniors for each arts major are always selected for the famous trip to New York City, in which the two students get to showcase a project they create together over the course of a couple months. Mila is one of the visual arts majors who is chosen for the opportunity. Scott Cambridge, who has never wanted anything to do with Mila since the fire during their freshman year, is the other student. And when the two are forced together to create the project of a lifetime, they uncover secrets about themselves and those around them that turn their whole world upside-down, in ways that make their last year at Postwood one of the most historic years of all time.

Mila Wilson is quiet, anxious and a little bit of a mess. Panic attacks have ruled her life for as long as she can remember - but starting college is her chance to take control. Love? Not something she believes she's built for. Then she meets Jace Evans. Dark, tattooed, and dangerously intriguing, he's the kind of person Mila avoids at all costs. But Jace doesn't scare easily - he sees straight through her walls and he's not about to let her hide. "If you're so worried about my scary, dangerous self, why don't you get to know me? I dare you," he says, leaning in her doorway with a smirk. Mila knows she should walk away. She also know she won't. This is a story for everyone who's ever felt different. And for anyone brave enough to be. Best rankings: #1 in #emotional #2 in #slowburn #3 in #newadult #3 in #tattoos #3 in #friendship #4 in #adultromance #6 in #secrets #6 in #badboylovestory
