Meet Emma Green, she 5'6" and is beautiful but she fat. That she is picked on all the time by everyone. She was raised along side her sister and her single Dad, when her sister started have health problems her dad became absent in their lives throwing himself into his work. She has been bullied rooflessly since she was in middle school. One day when she goes to visit her sister in the hospital, she finds out her sister as gotten the attention and love from a plastic surgeon who works at the hospital. Her Sister Darla convinces the surgeon to help Emma become pretty and to do it for free.
