There isn't much to look forward to when you're a barista at a coffee shop. Until a certain Jung Hoseok shows up, that is.

Lee Rinji is a barista who, for the most part, takes no shit and wants no part in anything that may seem romantic in the slightest, what with her college status and slightly crippling depression. She and her best friend Park Jimin, as well as a few other baristas make do to pay off their humongous student debts by working at the, surprisingly well paying, Baepsae Café.

Enter well-off Jung Hoseok and his equally well-off best friend and wing-man, Min Yoongi, who have recently had to change coffee shops for the Starbucks five blocks away closed down due to slight issues with both plumbing, under staffing, and possible health violations.

It is not long before feelings arise and Big Things happen.
