So. @TheReturnOfTurtle and I wrote this story together. We both have the whole thing, so you can just... follow this one... but ALSO go check out my collaborator's page, because they did half-ish of the work, so... go on... I'll be here later...

Alright, now that you've checked out their page, I just have to tell you about our contest. The first person to spot a REAL-WORLD reference and post it in the comments will get a shout-out in the following chapter! Enjoy.

Basically, this story is about Sans, instead of being asleep when you pass through Hotland while running from Undyne, is wide awake. He sees Frisk and stops Undyne.
What will happen when he stands up for Frisk? Will Undyne defeat him, or will this story have a much happier ending? How far will Sans go to save Frisk? And who has the well-set morality compass here? Read to find out the answers.Tous Droits Réservés

This isn't a typical sans x reader(now papyrus x reader too). It's got more than that, well at least a different plot device first chapters will be about, just you(but it'll be good, I think so)and it's about you dear reader, you are now reborn as a Sans of a different au, but you don't have time to marvel how you're been reborn as your favorite character, because if you want to live you better focus because unlike frisk you're not coming back a second time when you die. (Short, and I mean short chapter, but this will ensure I can post more -w-) (Edit: this is context of your previous life is that you are originally female, aged 15, you had died during a car accident, you were sleeping in the back of the car, while you had a road trip to visit your family in Canada. The car had driven off the road because of black ice your father did not see in the dark of night. You heard the sound of your fathers scream then lead by your mothers then little brother's scream. You banged your head in the chair in front of you making you pass out, and when you open your eyes you had found yourself be popped out, but you didn't know that at the time. What if there was an anomaly in the Underground? No, not Frisk. Not Chara either. Someone else entirely. How could a few measly children stand to this supposedly immortal foe and save the Underground from destruction? Is it even possible to do so? Only one way to tell... ~o0o~ Disclaimers before you start! •There is NO fanon ships. That means no Soriel, Papyton, etc. The only ships are Torgore (in the past) and Alphyne. •This is NOT an x reader. I heavily dislike those types of stories. The reader will have no part in this. •This exists outside of canon to an extreme. For example, Frisk is the second human and not the eighth. •There will be OCs, but only for a few humans and they still technically exist in normal Undertale. •There is a sequel. I'm planning on rewriting it after this one, as it is much more random and definitely needs it. Clanky, plot holes/retconning, etc. It's more of an OC thing, to explore them and their issues, than an Undertale thing, but it has its similarities. •There will be some explicitives. It won't be unnecessary or excessive, only when it fits the situation and character. I will not be using any slurs, as that's just plain disrespectful, even if some of them apply to me. (This is the first book I've ever written so the start is probably sucky and has spelling mistakes) I haven't updated this in like a year, planning on rereading this and seeing where tf I might've been taking this. ⚠Needs editing⚠ Error and Ink may be enemy's, and polar opposites, but they are both more alike than they think. After being attacked by an unidentified enemy, both Ink and Error are both badly injured. Once the enemy disappears without a trace, neither Ink nor error can seem to teleport or create a portal out of the anti-void. They now have to work together and find get help in order to get out. From both sides in and out of the anti void everyone must help and research to get ink and error out. Will they find a way out? If so, what happens once they do? Will a truce become permanent? I remember people saying that Blueberry and Swap aren't the same person. But they're actually two different versions of the same character from Swaptale. So initially interpret my Swap sans as whichever design as you want. But the personality is supposed to be of swaps design. I'm just calling him blue. !! TW, this does include the gay and ErrorInk so this might not be for u. This will also includes mild course languages from time to time!!
