Everything is different in the dark. Creatures of our minds come out to play once the sun goes down. Everyone is more vulnerable in the dark, not knowing what’s lurking in the moonlight behind the trees. The creaking floorboards that you once ignored throughout the daytime, now more sinister, more real. Is there something there that’s causing this creaking, has it been there in the day when the noises didn’t scare you? You turn the light on, there’s nothing there, your fear, now gone, but for how long?
