"No one stays, ever," I scream, throwing my watch at him. "Why should I believe you're any different?"
"Because...," he looked at me as if I was a lost dog, I hated that stare. It's as if they know I'm no more than sorry for my self. "I..."
"Love you," he said as I slammed my suitcase shut. For a moment, I believed him. I thought maybe just maybe it would be okay. But reality came back and hit me in the face harder than he could ever gently stroke my heart.
"I've heard that one before," I sneered, grabbing my suitcase and slamming the door in anger straight in his face. Why would he love me? Who would love a Vegas Night-walker like me?
