Young 16 year old Ember Salvatore has just started high school. She has many new friends. As time goes on she believes her life is gonna be perfect for a change. Or so she thought. A normal day at school turns into a bloodbath. Teachers, students, everyone dying and returning to life. Ember and her friends get out. But will they all survive or will she watch the people she loves most of all die in front of her eyes?
