Are You Sh!tting Me (Modern Cliches, #3)
Book three of the Modern Cliche Series ~~~~~~~~~~~ Sup, my name is Sammi Catherine Knapper. I am your permanently exhausted, introverted twenty-five year old. The only thing I am above average in is the fact I can pull all nighters and still get to work in the morning. Yes, I have the super human power called being a night owl who has insomnia. It's incurable, believe me, I've tried. So with that permanently exhausted exterior, I have absolutely no fucking clue how to explain or account for the fact I had a vampire crawl into my bedroom at night trying to figure out how the whole blood sucking thing worked. Yes, I some how managed to have a baby vamp attempt to test his new vampiric nature on me. Thankfully, Jake (surfer dude turned bloodsucker), was just as confused as I was by his vampire abilities, drinking blood to survive aside, and we set upon a mission to figure out just what being a vampire meant and what he needed to do as well as track down his one night stand vampire daddy to give him hell. Teaching a vampire how to be a vampire, meeting a sibling group of baby vampires, starting a night time inventory business, as well as being kidnapped by an alcoholic vamp daddy, all I can say is: Are you shitting me?Concluída

These messages are demanding and she unknowingly got herself into the mess by complying with the messages. Little did she know all the work that came along with it once she signed up. Imagine, just for a second, let's imagine you end up somehow travelling into your favourite book. Then you started working your magic and you cosy up to the male lead who was supposed to get you killed or you make the demon lord fall in love with you so he can protect you from your imminent death. And woah you got your happy ending. But now let's imagine a completely different scenario where you end up in a book you read like 10 pages of (including the ending). And you find yourself literally dropped into the lap of a psychopathic rival who enjoys just a teeny bit of bloodshed. He's also the guy who killed your favourite character and not to mention you. But then you hold on for a second because you realise you're not dead and he wants to use you as an immortal tool to sharpen his aim. Well that's the story I ended up living in. And I've got one request from Mr. Villain over there, please spare me!Concluída

A parody... except it slowly gets less satirical as I get way too attached to the characters and turn the story into a shipping-fest ~~~~ "Why are you doing this?" I whispered. He slammed me against another locker. I could see anger, sadness, envy, happiness and lust in his teal green orbs. "Because you're mine." She believes in love but she has never experienced any, until she met him. Ryder Daniels is a 18 year old bad boy. He is sweeter than sin. He is dark and mysterious and plays football (not shown in book). He smokes and drinks beer. He is a ladies' man and a player. He has walls around his heart and some dark secrets that is definitely not spoiled in the title. He does not believe in love. Brynn and Ryder are opposites. So what happens when they meet? He is not who she thinks he is. Will it end in disaster? Or will it end in love? Will it end in flames? Or will it end in a different kind of flame? As disasters come their way, will they choose love or not love? Will their secrets drive them apart? Or will they trust in each other? Join them on their journey of love. I Became The Villain's Secretary
After I suddenly died I possessed the body of what I thought was an extra within a novel. From then on my life was mostly calm, though not fulfilling. Until one day I discovered I wasn't just a background figure; instead I was an insignificant character who'd end up being the villainous Grand Duke's secretary, only to die shortly after being near him! But I had no choice, it was too late to change my fate, so I decided to live as obediently as possible under the orders of the sadist villain. But I still had a plan. Even before the female lead makes her appearance, I will try in every way to make the villain a little more normal, or at least ensure that the two do not meet, so that no one will face a harsh death, including me! And then, after the villain doesn't become obsessed with the female lead and becomes more normal, I will be able to resign and live peacefully. So I just cleared all the suspicions he might have about me in order to not incur his wrath and die like in the novel. * * * "I'll give you a choice." The corner of his lips raised crookedly. Though that smile did not reach his eyes at all. "One, don't resign and stay here forever..." His gaze was enough to unnerve me. "Two, let me kill those who dared to give you the idea of resigning...then don't go and stay here forever." No, haven't I already made sure that the villain has become a little more normal!? ...What the heck is going on!? He shouldn't be like this!
