Stella Ashton moves to Seattle for a new start fresh out of college. She comes to work in a small hospital meeting a few wacky characters one of which is a cold man by the name of Dr. Carter. Stella tries to help everyone she meets, whether they want the help or not. Will anyone help Stella or uncover the hurt she has hidden in layers deep below the surface. She wears her heart for people on her sleeve, but the other pieces lay hidden and alone. Dr. Carter is obviously her hardest case yet, and even though he hasn't asked for help, she knows he needs her. Or she may just need him. "I'm hard to love, hard to love, Oh I don't make it easy, I couldn't do it if I stood where you stood I'm hard to love, hard to love, You say that you need me, I don't deserve it but I love that you love me good" The story talks about real life problems that can happen to anyone. As a Social Worker, Stella's goal is to help everyone she encounters. There will be talk about suicide, self-harm, domestic violence, eating disorders, sexual and physical assault and death throughout multiple patients. All those topics are things that would require Stella to help as she won't physically be working on patients like a doctor or nurse, so fair warning.

When 911 dispatcher Yin answers a call, he expects an emergency. Instead, he finds War-hiding from his abusive boyfriend, not asking for rescue, but for a voice gentle enough to keep him alive. What begins as a lifeline, becomes something else neither of them can let go of. A story of survival, about scars, about hope, about trust. About a gentle soul kept in the dark, daring to reach out for the light. Updates every Wednesdays and Saturdays! PLEASE READ: TW: This story portrays themes of domestic violence and emotional abuse (not between the mains), which may be triggering for some readers. I wrote it with care, but please prioritize your well-being and step away if it feels too heavy. And if you are struggling or know someone who is, I want you to remember-you are never alone, and help is out there. Remember I don't own the characters, and I'm not pushing any narratives onto anybody. As always, this is just for our enjoyment!
